I.          FINANCIAL REPORT: Copies will be received by the Manager from the State Office of the OHSAA. One copy will be sent to the Treasurer of the Northeast District Board and one is to be kept by the Manager in his/her files. Within 45 days after the completion of the Meet, complete and send to the Treasurer his copy for approval. Should there be a profit from the meet, send this money along with the report. Make the check payable to the Northeast District Athletic Board. Once the Treasurer has received your report, he will approve and return a copy along with a receipt for any money sent. Should there be a deficit, the Treasurer will approve your report and will return a copy along with a Board check to cover the deficit.

TOURNAMENT PERSONNEL REPORT is to be submitted to the Treasurer along with the financial report, and must include every individual that receives payment for services. Total payment on the tournament personnel report must equal the SUB-TOTAL under services.

II.        LATE ENTRIES AND LATE WITHDRAWALS: The District Board is now responsible for late entries and late withdrawals, and by action of the State Board of Control a penalty will be levied for either offense.

Any request for a late entry must be submitted to the Commissioner, 4080 Roselea Place, Columbus, Ohio, 43214 and accompanied by a fee of $150.00. A decision will be made in accordance with the policy of the OHSAA, and the District Board Secretary will be notified immediately.

You will be officially notified by the Secretary of the District Board of any additions or deletions of schools assigned to your Meet. No Manager is to allow any team or individual to enter late unless he/she has approval from the O.H.S.A.A. If any school not on the list as published by the O.H.S.A.A. website wishes to enter, inform them to contact the Commissioner's Office.

 

At the conclusion of the Meet, the Manager will be asked to complete a form to indicate those schools that participated, whether they entered full teams or participated as individuals, and those schools that failed to enter. The Secretary will need this list to complete his records and to take any action necessary.

III.       ADMISSION FEES: The Northeast District Board has a uniform policy for admissions to all tournaments and meets. This is: $4.00 for students and $6.00 for adults at the Sectionals; $4.00 for students and $6.00 for adults at the District. There will be no advance sale for any of the Sectional or District Swimming Meets and the above prices will be charged at the gate.

IV.       MANAGER'S FEES: Sectional $200 for swimming/$75 for diving; District $275 for swimming and diving per division. Mileage reimbursement will $.48 ½  per mile.

TRAVEL: $1.00 per mile for mileage over 50 miles one way from official's home address to tournament site.

VI.       HOSPITALITY: There is a maximum of $300.00 allotted. If additional is needed, you must get Board approval.
