State Qualifiers:Five teams to the State Tournament team competition Friday, March 5.  The top seventeen (17) individuals in each individual event to the State Tournament individual competition Saturday, March 6.

1. FINANCIAL REPORT: Copies will be received by the Manager from the State Office of the OHSAA. One copy is to be sent to the Treasurer of the Northeast District Board and one is to be kept by the Manager in his/her files. As quickly as possible after the completion of the Tournament, complete and send to the Treasurer his copy for approval. Should there be a profit from the Tournament, send this money along with the report. Make the check payable to the Northeast District Athletic Board. Once the Treasurer has received your report, he will approve and return a copy along with a receipt for any money sent. Should there be a deficit, the Treasurer will approve your report and will return a copy along with a Board check to cover the deficit.

TOURNAMENT PERSONNEL REPORT is to be submitted to the Treasurer along with the financial report, and must include every individual that receives payment for services. Total payment on the tournament personnel report must equal the SUB-TOTAL under services.

2. NUMBER OF ENTRIES: There shall be a limit of six (6) entries.

3. ENTRY FORMS: The official entry form and current eligibility certificate must be in the hands of the Sectional Tournament Manager one (1) week before the date of the tournament.

4. SECTIONAL, DISTRICT, AND THE STATE TOURNAMENTS will have a staggered start. All Districts and the State Tournaments will begin each event separately in a time-staggered sequence in order to allow the Tournament Referee and the Coaches to judge first routines. NO PROTESTS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Any request for a late entry must be submitted to the Commissioner, 4080 Roselea Place, Columbus, Ohio, 43214 and accompanied by a fee of $150.00. A decision will be made in accordance with the policy of the OHSAA and the District Board Secretary will be notified immediately.

An inquiry procedure will be in effect. Inquiries may be initiated only in cases involving (a) unusual falls, (b) application of natural deductions (i.e. overtime, undertime, line violations, inappropriate attire, etc.)

All ties for aqards and the last qualifying place must be broken at the Sectional, District, and State Tournaments. (Refer to the regulations for procedures.)

5. QUALIFIERS TO THE STATE TOURNAMENT:  See the State's Web Site www.ohsaa.org - THE TIE BREAKER RULING IS IN EFFECT AT THE SECITONAL, DISTRICT, AND STATE TOURNAMENT.

6. There shall be a staggered start at the Sectional and District Tournament. The optional routines may not be repeated. Exceptions: See code of points, Page 11, article #5. 

7. INQUIRIES: Inquiries must be turned in within fifteen (15) minutes of the end of the Tournament if competing in the last rotation.

8. OFFICIALS: There shall be an OHSAA Class I rated official as Tournament Referee for each Sectional and District Tournament. All other officials shall hold a valid OHSAA card, should be Class I (level 8 or above). The Judges shall be situated at separate locations for maximum vision of all angles of routines.

9. OFFICIAL FEES: Sectional and District: All Tournament Referees, Chief Judges, and Support Judges shall be paid according to the following rate structure: Per session, a maximum of two sessions per tournament.

Plus a travel allowance of $1.00 per mile over 50 miles one way.

Lunches and/or other refreshments are to be provided for Officials at tournament expense. 

10. MANAGER'S FEE: SECTIONALS & DISTRICTS: $250.00 flat fee for each

11. SCORER'S FEE: SECTIONAL/DISTRICTS:

Head Scorer: $35.00 per event
Assistant Scorer: $25.00 per event
Computer scoring is recommended and is a legitimate expense of the Sectional and District Tournaments. 

12. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: It is strongly recommended that some form of medical assistance be present or on call. Expense for this is a legitimate Tournament expense.

13. ADMISSIONS FEES: No Pre-Sale. All tickets are to be $4.00 for Students and $6.00 for Adults at the gate.
